出雲大社参拝後、田中屋さんで出雲そばを食べましたが余裕で腹五分目くらい。
出雲大社の駐車場に車を停めたまま徒歩で稲佐の浜を観光した帰り道、
2回目のランチで、旬の料理 中華そば きんぐさんを訪問して来ました。
場所は出雲大社から徒歩5分程。
きんぐさんは地元の方々に愛される老舗の町中華的なお店。
ポップな店名ですが、元々は1930年頃にそば屋『丸吉』さんとして創業したのが始まりとのこと。
12:15頃に到着。
私は入ってすぐ左にあるスペースのカウンター席へ。
卓上には、ソース、辛口ソース、醤油、胡椒、七味、箸、レンゲ、楊枝、お水のピッチャーが常備されており、
着席後、お水が出されました。
メニューの構成は、ラーメン系、焼きそば、丼物、定食。
隠れた出雲名物『大社焼きそば』、ラーメン、ヤキメシが特に人気のようです。
今回は本日2回目のランチなので控えめに、
・焼きそば(大) 850円
を、オーダー。
少し時間が掛かり15分程で料理が到着。
きんぐさんの焼きそばは、卓上のソースを後がけする宇都宮の石田屋さんと同じタイプ。
軽く味付けされていますが、少し酸味の効いたソースをかけると攻撃力が何倍にもアップします！
香ばしく炒められた細麺、数種類の野菜、豚肉、蒲鉾にソースが良く絡み、
確かにこいつはなかなか美味い！
量は(大)でも余裕だったので、次回は(特大)か(超特大)にチャンレンジしたいと思いました。
