Shimane Trip ⑥ Dinner on the 1st day We had Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at Tenten-tei, a local izakaya. We ate the famous salt-grilled red sea bream, red tempura, and Daisen chicken Yanagawa style. For alcohol, I drank Izumo Fuji's Orizake and Soba Shochu. It was like Nigorizake, so it was easy to drink and delicious.
