When I visited the store at 7pm on a weekday, the store was busy, but the first time I got a seat at the counter was the time to leave. I am able to enter the store as long as there is even one seat available at the counter. I put it in easily. The staff had a very homey feel, making me feel comfortable even when I was alone, and it was easy to order. First of all, when I ordered "Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) Grapefruit", I was provided with "Umitsubo & Boiled Shrimp & Chicken with Vinegar". Orders are made by filling out the order form yourself. First, we chose Hamada's specialty, "Akaten." Next is Tempura. You can order just one piece Tempura, so it's great that you can only order what you really want. I ordered ``scallop'', ``onion'', ``kisu'', and ``lotus root''. I was seated right in front of the fryer, so I watched the cooking, thinking it was for me. Drinks were brought out in about a minute, and ``Akaten'' appeared in another two minutes. It was a slightly tangy paste and was delicious when eaten with mayonnaise. The surface was lightly browned, and the subtle aroma enhanced the flavor. As I was enjoying the Akaten, the next batch of Tempura appeared. The surface is more moist, like home-made Tempura. Enjoy the taste while searching for your favorite flavor from the ``rock salt'', ``sansho pepper salt'', ``shichimi salt'', and ``curry salt'' provided on the table. Curry salt goes with almost anything. Next, I ordered ``Shio-fried Ginnan'' and ``Tori skin ponzu''. Everything looks delicious. At this point, I changed to sake. Eat a ginkgo and drink a glass of Japanese sake. I can't get enough of this blissful moment. It was a restaurant that you could enjoy even by yourself, and there were many other items on the menu that I wanted to try, so I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.
