出雲大社参拝の為、大阪より遠征してきました。
元旦の夜、お腹を空かせて出雲市内を彷徨いておりました。
(;´д｀)やっぱり元旦から営業してるお店少ないです。
こちらのお店は、たまたま店の前を通って営業しているのを知りました。
食べﾛｸﾞ検索してみると書きこみがありません。
旅行先、全然知らない土地で飲食店を選ぶのは苦労します。今はﾈｯﾄでのｸﾁｺﾐがあるので助かってますが。
…で、食べﾛｸﾞのｸﾁｺﾐ無し(;´д｀)悩みました。
でも、他に店無いし…ってことで突撃しました。
始めに頂いたのが、お刺身の鯛(昆布締め)
(*´∀｀*)ﾒﾀﾒﾀ美味しいです。
お正月なので、ﾅﾏﾓﾉには期待してませんでしたが、OH(;´д｀)上手し。
調理されている方の料理の腕が良いんでしょう。
他にもいろいろ頼みましたが、どれも外れなかったです。
後、ｵﾆｷﾞﾘ美味しかったです。
(*´∀｀*)大きめの昆布のｵﾆｷﾞﾘ、2個食べちゃいました。
ｶｳﾝﾀｰだったので、厨房を拝見しながらの食事だったのですが、驚いた事がありました。
ﾋﾟｻﾞの注文が通ったのでしょう、厨房のｽﾀｯﾌの方が、まるまったﾋﾟｻﾞ生地を取りだし広げ始めました。
(;´д｀)ﾋﾟｻﾞって、そこから作るの！って相方と一緒に釘付けで拝見しておりました。
普通、居酒屋さんでﾋﾟｻﾞっていったら冷凍でしょう。生地からって…
ｵﾆｷﾞﾘ2個食べる前だったなら、私達もﾋﾟｻﾞ食べたかったです。
接客も気持ち良い感じでした。
入ろうか入らまいか悩んだ末に、こちらに突撃した私の判断を、相方に誉め讃えてほしいです(笑)
ｽﾏﾎの調子が悪く、写真が1枚しか撮れなかったのが残念でなりません。
