I'm in Izumo. I'll be staying overnight because I have work in Izumo tomorrow. After staying at the Centurion Hotel, I went to Saito for a drink and then went to another place. There's a big lantern sign along the road. When I see that sign, I wonder how big the restaurant is? I wonder if I'm the only one who thinks lol The restaurant looks surprisingly Japanese. The interior is also Japanese and has a nostalgic atmosphere. Wow, it's good! The tatami room is almost full. I was recommended to sit at the counter. Oto-shi has boiled pumpkin. We start with hot sake from Gassan. The steamed clams in sake are also full of flavor. I'm feeling good and want to avoid a hangover tomorrow, so I order another bottle of sake. This time it's a room temperature Shichikanma. While drinking it, I order "Grilled salmon belly" from the menu on the wall. Hehe lol The price isn't clearly stated lol I wanted the belly to be a little saltier and to be grilled more thoroughly lol It was a nice and relaxed restaurant that really felt like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
