旅行の帰りにふらっとGETした島根の人気のお土産に福泉堂の『斐伊川栗バターどらやき』を頂きました。

連休の山陰旅行の物産館で購入した、出雲の銘菓を今朝の朝食で頂いてみました。
うーん、1個170円と少し高いイメージがありますが、大好きな栗+バター+どらやきという組み合わせが食欲をそそります!!
早速、開けてみると小ぶりなどらやきが登場!!
手に持ってみると程よいしっとり感が伝わってきます！！
早速、一口…。
うーん、美味い!!
アンコの中に栗がゴロゴロ入ってます！！
バターは薄く塗られている程度なのであまりコッテリ感はありません。
個人的にはもう少しバター感が欲しいところですが、その分栗が多めなので『栗どら焼き』としては好きな味です。
島根を流れる『斐伊川』の名が付いた由来とかは深く解かりませんが、老舗のお菓子屋さんのお土産といったところでしょうか。
他の和菓子も食べてみたいと思います！
