贈答品を買おうと今回訪問したのが、斐川のトライアル近くにある福泉堂さんです。駐車場は店舗前に2台、店舗横にも3台は停められるほどスペースがあり車は停めやすいです。
ししす を購入することが多いのですが、今回は餡子が好きな方へお渡しするためどら焼きもチョイス。
どら焼きは 栗バターどら焼きと普通のどら焼きがありますが、どちらも美味しいので両方を半々で購入。
ホームページに説明されてるように、栗バターは北海道産小豆に、小ワレ栗をたっぷり混ぜ込まれた軟らかい粒餡で、有塩バターのホイップクリームも一緒にサンドしてあり、かすかな塩加減のバタークリームが特製の粒餡と混ざり合ってとても美味しいです。
コーヒーとの、相性も抜群です。
