老舗の和菓子屋さんの隣にカフェスペースができました。
「Fukusedo Cafe CAFE & SOFTCREAM」です。
人気があるようで次々お客さんがやってきます。イートインスペースがあるのですが、席数が少なく、お店も狭く、待っているお客さんがたくさんいるので、テイクアウトする方が多いです。メニュー表を見て、券売機で食券を購入して、カウンターに提出、出来上がるのを待ちます。「Parfait soft cream」の私はチョコ、相方さんは苺にしました。メレンゲとパイの上にカルピジャーニ社製の機械で作るソフトクリーム、その上に小さいけれど濃厚なキューブの生チョコレートとチョコレートソース、とてもおいしかったです。季節によってメニューが変わるようなのできっとまた行くと思います。他にソフトクリームやカプチーノなど、この日は売り切れでしたがみたらしだんごもあります。
隣の店舗の和菓子ももちろん購入してきました。今回は「豆大福」「猪巣」「弥生銅剣」を購入。桜餅、みたらしだんご、生チョコどら焼きは売り切れでした（涙）
豆大福は小ぶりですが、餅に入っている塩味のある赤えんどう豆と粒あんが絶妙。
猪巣とは「米の収獲が終った後の新ワラの塚」だそうです。こしあんに鹿の子豆をいれたあんの焼饅頭。
弥生銅剣は朝汐あんに鹿の子豆を混ぜたあんの最中です。どれもおいしかったです。
