クリスマスが近づくと連想する菓子パンがあります。
ドイツやらオランダでは当たり前ですが日本で有名になってまだまだですよね。
実は私、シュトレーンにはうるさいんです。
食べないとクリスマスが近づいた気がしないのです。
で色んなお店のシュトレーンを試しました。
でたどり着いたのがこちらのシュトレーン。
通販で取り寄せたシュトレーンなのですが、と私のシュトレーン好きを知っている方から頂きました。
食べたらなるほど。これまで食べた中では私向き！
砂糖のまぶし具合、ドライフルーツの量、しっとり具合。
すぐに食べてはダメ。
頃合いをみはからって。
お願いして今年も取り寄せて頂きました。
なんと島根県で作られている！
今頃気づきました。
島根県なら神代の国ではありませんか！神代の国からクリスマス菓子パン！
いいですね。八百万の神々がキリストの誕生を祝福している気分。
だから、こちらがどんな店構えでどんなサービスなのかまったくわかりませんが、美味しいことは評価してあげるべきだと思った次第です。
