栗まる ☆3.3
栗を煮込み、柔らかく蜜漬けしたものを、粒餡・こなし餡の２種類の餡で包んだ和菓子。
栗が丸ごと入っているが、固さは全くなく、柔らかくて食べやすい！
また栗の甘味が煮込むことでマイルドになって食べやすく、蜜のやさしい甘さも良い^ - ^
こなし餡は、白餡に小麦粉を混ぜたもので、なめらかな食感があり、粒餡はほどよいつぶ感。両方とも甘味は控えめで、栗の味わいを引き立てている！
お菓子の原点は木の実や果実とされていますが、特に栗は古来よりその代表的なものとして珍重されており「栗まる」は栗の持ち味を活かしたお菓子とのこと。
