出雲での打合せが終ったのがお昼少し前。
さてさて仕事の緊張が溶けると腹が減る（笑）
何年振りかでこのお店に入店。
前回の味の記憶派無し（笑）・・・
出雲の市街地にも似た様な名前のラーメン屋（スープが徳島ラーメンのよーにすき焼き風だった）があるけど（まだあるのか？）そことは「別物」らしい。
そのお店の壁に「あの店とは関係ない」よしの張り紙がど〜〜んと貼ってあったの覚えてます（笑）
さあ、店内は私が座って満席・・・。
4人掛けに一人で座って申し訳ない、お店のオネーさんがそこにど〜ぞと案内するもんで。
「正油らーめん」￥550頼んで、素っ気ないホールの係を見て「あ〜〜」と思いだした。
アンマリ・・・のお味だったよーな。でも其の頃も並んでたよな。
待つ事15分・・結構待った、その間に待ち客5人程。ホールのおねーさんたち案内するでもなく放置状態。
・・・ラーメン到着、まずはスープをズズズ・・ぬるいぞ〜〜〜〜。
スープはまあ普通に飲めるけど・・結構甘いよな〜これって牛骨？じゃないよな。
麺は緩め、チャーシューは普通に旨いけどこれも甘め。
う〜〜ん残念、今度は違うとこ行きます。
