「新幹線ラーメン」さんにきました。
塩ラーメンを注文しました。旦那さんは味噌ラーメンです。
味噌ラーメンは白いですな。なんか変わってるー！
塩ラーメンは透きとおったスープです。チャーシュー、もやし、ネギ、メンマのトッピングです。
麺が柔らかい。もっともっと硬めが好きです。茹で過ぎなんですかね。残念でした。硬めの麺ならもう少し美味しくいただけたはずです！
