スープや麺は好き嫌いもあるかもしれないけど、甘めのスープで私は好きです。
やはり大将もお年を召され、以前のようなラーメンは作れないのかもしれませんね。チャーシューも味は以前の味だと思いますが、もっと柔らかかったと思います、かなり肉のパサつき感を感じます。
炒飯、冷たいです、せっかくなのに…。
家内経営は良いのですが、子どもたちがマスクせずに厨房内ではしゃいでいるのはこの時期的にもどうかと思います。
ベースは長年の積み重ねもあるようにとても良いものがあるのですが、かなり雑に作られた感を感じてしまうのが残念です。
