出雲市駅前は日付が変わる前に閉まるお店が多く、ゆったり話せるお店を求めて商店街の中へ。周りが閉まっている中、あかりの付いていたこのお店に訪問しました。
照明が暗すぎず明るすぎず、品揃えの良いバーで、期待が高まります。
おつまみに頼んだレーズンバターは、何度も一生懸命にしてくれた「バターとレーズンです」という説明を聞いてもピンとこず、六花亭のバターサンドを想像していたのでビックリ。出てきて初めてあぁ…となりました。
ウイスキーにあうお味で、注文したマッカランとよく合いました。
熟練のバーテンダーさんらしき方とはお話できなかったので、次回はいろんな説明を聞いてみたいと思います。
