カテゴリ：お気に入りの居酒屋（中国・四国）本日は島根県出雲市居酒屋一人旅。
お仕事の居酒屋飲みを終えて、ホテルに荷物を置いて、ようやく自分の時間です。
バー「WEST」のカウンターでジントニックからのスタート。
ほっとする瞬間です。
マスターと女性スタッフ２名。
ぽつりぽつりと会話をしながらの夜が過ぎます。
次はギムレットをお願いします。
ライムの状況によって甘さをどうコントロールするか？
シンプルだけど難しいカクテルですよね。
そもそも基本のしっかりとシェイクして冷やす、空気を混ぜるという基本あってのお話です。
ウイスキーにしましょう。
飲みたい銘柄があって移行する積極的ウイスキー移行。
そしてカクテルから逃げての消極的ウイスキー移行。
本日は後者。
