出雲市の仕事も終わり、ホテルで晩御飯のオススメを聞き付近を探索、ノドグロが有名らしく色々な所にありましたが、高いので今回はパス
ウロウロしてると、プレハブの建物に人がガンガン吸い込まれてる？
暖簾は無い、赤い提灯にギョウサ屋とぶら下げたとても怪しそうな店
検索して見ると、なんと評判が良い
信じて訪問

サクサク注文したかったが、ホール担当のおじさんが
遅い
ビールと餃子、チャーハンを注文
中々餃子が出てこない！
つまみなしで焼酎ロックの追加、15分後餃子が到着
全く期待しない雰囲気になってしまった
ワクワク無しで餃子をパクリ
最高に美味い
薄皮でツルツルした口当たり、中の餡からは溢れんばかりの肉汁、そして最高の味
野菜の甘さと肉の味、両方ともが感じる味です
チャーハンはパラパラ
濃い味付けで、酒の肴にもなる
イッピンです
餃子はテイクアウトしてますが、地方発送はしてないようです
残念です
今度は餃子目的で訪問しますね
