縁結びの聖地として有名な出雲は、「ぜんざい発祥の地」とも云われていて、旧暦10月(神在月)には、昔っから神在祭という神事が開かれていて、そこで振る舞われていたのが、神在餅という品で、その名前が少しづつ変化して「ぜんざい」となったそうです。

そんな思いを馳せながら、出雲大社参拝の後に、お伺いしました。
お店はね、出雲大社正門前にあるんだけど、出雲大社の境内は、けっこうな距離を歩くので、ちょっと一服的なお茶タイムに良きですよ！
程良き甘さのぜんざいに、紅白のお餅がいい感じっ！
