先日島根県に行って参りました。(^o^)/
島根と言えば「出雲そば！！」
ネット等を駆使して探し出したのが「看雲楼」
出雲大社駐車場からすぐのところ！
着くとまず外観は綺麗でまだ新築なのかと思わせる佇まい！
本当はそばだけで良かったのですが、和食屋と言うこともあり、そば定食を注文。(連れは違う定食を注文。)
お刺身、天ぷら、茶碗蒸し、しじみ汁、どれもとても美味しく頂きました。
ただ、肝心の出雲そば！
食感も喉ごしも良かったのですが、風味が！
以前島根の方に頂いた蕎麦はもう少し風味がよかったように感じたため、少し気持ちがdown。
ちなみにその蕎麦を頂いた方に聞いてみると、製麺所によってだいぶ風味を含む味、食感も違うとのこと！！
次回は蕎麦だけを食べに行きたいと思います。
