出雲そばも食べたし、何か変わった物が食べたいなぁと思ったら、「うず煮」という丼があることをお土産屋さんのパンフで見つけました。
電話して確認すると、出雲大社からも歩けるしお昼時なのに、混んでなさそうなので行ってみることに。
少し離れた住宅街に綺麗な建物があります。歴史あるお店のようですがリニューアルされたばかりのようで、法事なんかに使われそうな雰囲気。
12月、しかも暮れに差し迫っていたので参拝客も少なく、お店のお客も私たちだけでした。
名物の「うず煮」を頂き、定食2600円にしました。茶碗蒸し、お刺身、天婦羅がついてボリュームがあるように見えますが、どれも美味しく頂けました。
お刺身も、とっても美味しかった！！
うず煮は、出雲大社前の通りにお土産として販売されている物もありますが、こちらが元祖のようです。
風味のよい海苔と相性が良く、お酒も進んでしまいました。
入り口には最近来店した松浦やすこさんのサインもありました。お蕎麦とぜんざいに飽きたら路地を一歩入って、うず煮を頂きましょう！
