It was brunch before I went back to Okayama at the end of the year (^^) I was hungry so I decided to go big. I ordered a set of knife-cut noodle and a rice dish. There were many different combinations available, but I chose the set of mixed knife-cut noodle and fried rice (^^) Both were regular size when they were ready. First of all, knife-cut noodle. The noodles are chunky and thick, so some people may have mixed opinions about them. They are easier to eat than regular Chinese noodles. The mixed knife-cut noodle had a soy sauce-based soup and ingredients similar to those in a mixed vegetable dish. Shrimp, pork, Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, quail eggs, etc. The fried rice was also delicious, but visually speaking, the Chinese rice bowl or Tianjin rice might have been better. Next time, I'll try something other than fried rice. This is a recommended restaurant for those who want to fill their stomachs at an affordable price (*^^*)
