賑わっていますね、順番待ちです。
3組目で、15分ほど待ちました。
頂いたのは、丸源ラーメンと半炒飯のセット｡
丸源ラーメンは、他のラーメンに変更可能｡
丸源ラーメンは、甘辛い醤油スープに、豚肉バラ肉ともみじおろしが。
麺は、細めで縮れ有り。
黄色っぽいので、卵を使った麺でしょうか。
この甘辛いスープが、すき焼きなどの濃い目の日本食の味に近く、癖になりそう(^o^)
半炒飯も、目の前で溶き卵をかけてインパクト的にもgood。
平日でも家族連れのお客さんで賑わっていた理由、分かった気がします(*^^*)
