出雲に来たら、ぜんざいを食べようとぜんざいのお店を探して参道を歩きました。
こちらのお店を見つけたのでこちらでいただくことにしました。
出雲大社の駅に近い場所です。
ショップとカフェを兼ねてる感じのお店です。
他の人の口コミはみたらし団子が多いですね。
みたらし団子が美味しいのかな？
どうやらぜんざいは期間限定のようです。
BGMはボサノバ。
雑誌が少しありました。
寒天工房とあるので寒天が使われているのかな？
大きなお椀にぜんざいが入っています。
お餅とピンクのハート。
ピンクのハートは最中でした。
スタッフさんに寒天が使われているかお聞きすると寒天は使われてないそうです。
お餅が香ばしく焼いてあって美味しい。
お餅は二つ入ってます。
ぜんざいには小豆がたっぷり入っています。
塩昆布が別皿にありました。
やはりぜんざいには塩昆布が合いますね。
ぜんざいに寒天が入っているかお聞きしたので試食の寒天をスタッフさんが持ってきてくれました。
宝石みたいにきれいな色をしている寒天のお菓子です。
甘くて美味しい。
私が座ってる斜め後ろのドアから人が出てきます。
お店の人かなぁと思ってドアをよく見ると『長岡呉服店』『どうぞお入りください』と書かれています。
奥が呉服屋さんになっているんですね。
