出雲市駅から徒歩6.7分。出雲出張の晩御飯で伺いました。食べログ☆3.3の居酒屋さんです。ミートショップではありますが、お肉屋さんでも焼肉屋さんでもありません。
店内はお客さんでいっぱいでしたが、単独だったのでカウンターに着席出来ました。まんま居酒屋の内装にかなりの人口密度です。
ミートショップですが、ホルモンの種類が豊富◎
そんな中から、「ホルモン」を、お肉以外にも海産や野菜等も沢山あって、「ゲソバター」と「カキとベーコンとほうれん草炒め」をオーダー。
キッチン内には大きな鉄板があって、焼いたり蒸したりと調理はかなり本格的です。ホルモンはプリッと、ゲソはコリッとした歯応え。どれもイイ感じで炒められていて、中々本格的で美味いです◎
お皿が冷たくて、早く冷めてしまうのは残念。居酒屋さんだから、鉄板までは難しいから仕方無いけど。。。
シメで注文した「特製焼きそば」は、目玉焼き・キムチ・天かす・ネギ・紅しょうががのって、色んな味がしてちゃんと美味しかったです。
これくらいの価格帯で、このお味なら人気になるのはわかりますね◎店員さんの接客も丁寧で良かったです。出雲の夜の有力候補店になりました。
