ホッとする時間と空間のお店、二胡が流れる蕎麦屋さん♬ |
出雲旅行で、絶対食べたかった出雲蕎麦を求めて。
他社ツアーの人も多く、観光センター付近は混雑。
少し出雲大社から離れて大通りを歩いていったら一軒出雲そば屋さんが。
小さい店内ですのでいつも人がいる感じ。
運良く座れてラッキーでした。
皆さん観光客かと思いきや。
「久しぶりに来たよ〜」
「あ、いつものね!」
あら、結構地元の方が多いんですね。
唐揚げ、とっても美味しいですもん。
あれ、串に刺して売ったらテイクアウトバカ売れよ♪(笑)肉汁が飛んでしまうくらいだから食べ歩きには不向きか‥なんて思いながらお蕎麦もすべて美味しくいただきました。
甘党な私にはこちらの甘めな醤油やつゆの味付けがとっても
好みでした。
