会社帰り、久しぶりに一杯呑んで帰ろうかと(^^)
今回は、おくにさんへ。
ちょっと高級感あるお店で、お店に入ると、右手に長いカウンターと、奥にはお座敷が。
奥からは、賑やかな声が。
この時期、歓迎会でしょうか。
オープンキッチンのカウンターに案内され、先ずは、瓶ビールから。
瓶ビールと一緒に、立派なお通しが。
イカの塩辛、ワカメのお澄まし、茹でた亀の手に、あら炊きが。
どれも地物のだそうで。
亀の手が料理屋さんで出るのは珍しいですね(^o^)
頂いた料理は、枝豆、鰈の唐揚げに、穴子の一夜干し（半身）を。
鰈の唐揚げは、身はふっくらで、骨はカリカリ。骨まで食べれます。
穴子の一夜干しは、瀬戸内海では見たことのないサイズ(@_@)
鰻と言われても、不思議ではない大きさです。
山葵を少しのせて頂くと、ちょうど良い脂がのっています。
これには日本酒で。
〆に亀の手のお澄ましを頂き、お腹も満たされ。
納得の行く料理とお値段でした。
また行きたくなるお店でした(*^^*)
