週末のお昼ごはんで、行ってきました(^^)
開店直後でしたが、先客が4組。
2月の寒い時期ですが、人気ですね。
私の後からも次々とお客さんが。
頂いたのは、挽きぐるみそば（十割そば）と、その日の変わりそばが一緒に頂けるあい盛りそばを｡
この日の変わりそばは、梅でした(^^)
お蕎麦はざるそばで、鬼を模した盛り付けで。
ゆで卵が眼の代わりで。
お蕎麦は十割なので、太め短めで。
歯応えと風味がいいですね(^o^)
めんつゆは、出雲ならではの、やや甘め。
山葵は本山葵で、辛さ控えめで香り高くて。
美味しいお蕎麦でした(*^^*)
