店舗は築２００年の古民家！！四季を感じることのできる庭を眺めながらそばをお楽しみ頂けます☆

2020.08.12(水)11:55 釜揚げそばにハマってしまったので、奥出雲でもう一軒。気になる看板をたどって細い道を上がっていくと、隠れ家的古民家で営業されていました。
広々した店内は趣があります。テーブル席に着席。
奥出雲在来種・粒が小さく味が濃い希少な横田小そばを使用した、
釜揚げそば 900円 をいただきました。
挽ぐるみの太麺で色が濃い麺が、蕎麦湯に浸っています。蕎麦湯は先ほどいただいた店よりはサラッとしていますが、とろっとしており蕎麦の風味がバッチリです。
麺は、横田小そばの特徴なのでしょうか。もっちりと弾力がある歯ごたえです。美味い！
薬味とつゆを加えて、なまら美味ーい！釜揚げそば完全にハマりました。
居心地の良い雰囲気抜群の古民家で美味しいお蕎麦をいただけました。またいつの日か伺いたいです。
