のどぐろのお吸い物は秀逸
お頭2つ入りで身は食べるところないけど
280円とは思えない出汁最高
真鯛は味食感ともにクリティカルヒット
初めて食べたきつねめばるは
塩で食べたけど美味しかった
ただし
中とろは筋だらけだし
ばとうは骨が残るなど下処理が雑
半分以上はフツウと言わざるを得ない

本日は入荷がなくて…
というのが複数あったり
割とお腹すいていたのに
早めに切り上げたのはその現れかな
もう少しちゃんとしたらと…
