全国でも珍しいスッポンのラーメン。
島根の山奥にあります。
・特製すっぽんラーメン１２００円
普通のすっぽんラーメンは７５０円だけど、特製すっぽんラーメンはすっぽんの唐揚げが入ってる。
唐揚げは小さい肉片やほぼホネが４切れで、唐揚げ粉をまぶしてあげた感じ。
これで４５０円の差額はビックリ。
スープは塩胡椒が強く感じ、少しごま油の香りがして、出前一丁の味に似ています。
味は．．．．ですが、スッポンパワーで元気になれたかな？
