本日は浜田駅から徒歩で１０分程度のカフェミシェルに行ってみました。
外観は元々あった喫茶店をリフォームした感じです。
店内は席ごとにカーテンで仕切られていて、お１人様でも気楽に入れます。
人気とのことで、席を予約して伺いました。
本日頂いたもの。
・牡蠣とほうれん草のグラタンセット
・季節のシフォンケーキ
最初にセットメニューのサラダとスープが供されます。サラダは彩りよく、セロリのスープ
も美味しかったです。
牡蠣とほうれん草のグラタンも待ち時間なく供されました。
牡蠣は地元産なのか、小ぶりですが天然牡蠣のような味でした。
季節のシフォンケーキも盛り付けが可愛らしく、ハーブティーもしっかり滲出されていてどの料理も美味しく頂けました。(^^♪
山陰は魚が美味しいので、魚のランチセットがあれば良かったなと思いました。
