浜田市内のセブンイレブン新町店北側の路地を、入ってすぐの通り沿いに店を構える、レトロな趣きの居酒屋。
昼はランチメニューを提供していて、豚骨ラーメンか、グリーンカレーのどちらかを選べます。
ラーメンは「佐賀発ド豚骨」と称しているとおり、細麺で白濁スープの獣臭い豚骨ラーメン。
佐賀系ラーメンがどういうものか知らないのですが、少し熊本ラーメンっぽい感じでしょうか？
いずれにせよ、本格的な豚骨ラーメンで、豚骨好きにはたまらない味です。
少し塩味が強いかな…とも思ったのですが、替玉してもスープが負けないので、これはこれでアリです。
ラーメンも美味しいのですが、店の雰囲気も良く、興味深いメニューもあるので、夜にも是非利用してみたい店です。
