２回フラれたこちらのお店。 １２時を回った今回も準備中だったが意を決して入店。
「大丈夫かいねぇ～？」と問うと「「あっ・・・・・・いいっすよ」と ちょっぴり時間にルーズなのかな？（苦笑）
一目で判ったが、隣町の豚骨の名店がオープンした当初におられた主人である。
あちらは北九州系！こちらはどうだ？
壁に書いてあるメニューのデザインも同様で店の雰囲気も同じテイストだ。 こりゃぁ～期待できます。
佐賀発！と謳ってあるが佐賀系はさっぱりわからない。。近いところから久留米系？と勝手に思ってたが
ずばり！久留米系だった。

ラーメン単品で替え玉！と注文したが 単品でも700だからセットがお得ですよ！とアドバイスを頂いたのでその通りに。
ビジュアルも最高だが 細麺のゆで具合～具材・スープまで ストライク！ 久留米の大砲ラーメンに似ているね。
できれば、紅ショウガ・にんにくチップは 最初から入ってなくても良しカナ？と個人的に思いました。 なくても十分に美味しいね。
帰り際に「他にラーメンは無いの？チャーシューメンとか・・・」聞くと「スイマセン無いです」と大将が苦笑いでｗ
浜田での昼食はこちらにほぼ決まりそうだ。 惜しむべきは選択肢の少なさだな。夜のメニューが豊富なだけに。。
あと 店内の活気？奥様かな？元気と笑顔がもう一つ・・・疲れてたのかもね。
