このお店に来たら、「うどん」「猪肉」。
うどんは、他のレビュアーの方が書かれている通り、安定のお味。
猪肉は、こちらのお店の隣で丁寧かつ清潔に解体されたエイジング肉で、そうそう食べることができない料理で供される。
今回は、猪さっと炒め丼とうどんのセットをいただきましたが、あまりにも良い匂いで、写真を撮る前にがぶりつき、後の祭りでしたが、追加でオーダーした猪さっと炒め単品は、無事撮ることができた。
パッと見、キャベツが多く見えますが、これすごく大切なポイント。
猪肉も癖がなく美味しいのですが、猪の旨味がキャベツに絡みついて、とても美味い。
キャベツだけを焼いただけでは、こんな旨味は出ないだろう。
なので、追い猪さっと炒めにして大正解。
ずいぶんお腹が膨れて大満足でした！
