陽気な狩人
浜田市と言ってもここは山の中にぽつんとあるうどん屋さん。
お店の入り口がわからなくて通り過ぎてしまった（笑）
おっさん3人での訪麺だ。
広い駐車場が完備されていて大きな店舗で驚いた。
どうやら予約客が優先のようで自分らのような飛び込み組は時間制限付きで入れてくれた。
ちょっと待ってからキタヨ！！陽気な狩人の特製うどん850円。
要は肉・きつね・タマゴうどんの合体したやつと思えば良い。
入れ物もちょっと変わっていて上げ底で平たい丼ってあまりみたことがない。
肝心のうどんだがこれもちょっと変わっていて何ていうかコシもなければビロビロした食感もなく食べたことがないタイプ。
揚げと肉が同時に味わえるのはこれまで食べたことはあるのだがこれにタマゴまではいっているのは珍しい。
さらにワカメもけっこうな量が入っているので厳密に言えば肉・きつね・わかめ・タマゴうどんということになるのだろう。
ダシは甘辛いのだがこれといって特徴はなくまあ普通なのでタマゴは潰すことにした。
こうするダシが濁ってしまうがタマゴのコクが入るのでまあまあの感じになってくれた。
独特のうどんはなんて言いうか冷凍うどんとどん兵衛の中間のような歯ざわりで広島では決してお目にかかれないもの。
他のメンバーの感想も似たりよったりでとにかく不思議なうどんに遭遇したというのが正直な感想だ。
まあこういうど田舎のシチュエーションを楽しむうどん屋さんと解釈するのが良さそうな陽気な狩人の特製うどんだった。
