ほおばれ島根！！三瓶バーガー！！
現在、国立公園三瓶山の北の原エリアにあるSANBE BURGER本店と、勢溜の二の鳥居のすぐ近く出雲杵築屋1Fにある出雲大社店の2店があります。 2店共に三瓶山の形をイメージした地元パン屋さん特製バンズ、つなぎを一切使用していない島根県産肉100％のパテ、トッピングの野菜なども全て島根県産のものを使用しています！ 各店限定のメニューがあり、本店は三瓶名産のわさび漬を使用したわさびマヨネーズが入った |
２回目の訪問です。数年前に着た時はレジ待ちの行列ができるくらい混んでいたけど、今回は日曜日の１２時半頃でしたが、混んでいませんでした。席はそれなりに埋まっていますが、回転が速いのですぐに座れます。
今回は、三瓶バーガー、チーズバーガー、ベーコンバーガー、三瓶わさびバーガーを注文。
子どもが食べたベーコンは分厚く、とても美味しかったようです。
私はわさびバーガー。わさびのツーンとした刺激がちょうどよい。次もこれにしよう。
パティは肉の味がしっかりして、美味しいです。
バンズは少し硬くパサパサしているので、好き嫌いがあるかもしれませんが、私は好きです。
ただ、他の人のレビューにあるように、ハンバーガーが冷めている気がします。
もっと熱々の状態で出してくれたら、もっと美味しいのに、もったいない。
ポテトはホクホクで美味しかった。
観光地（山奥）でこの値段（モスバーガーの上位メニューくらい）はありがたいです。
