１階の玄関、大きな甕に花。下駄箱は、木のサイコロ型。階段下に大きな生けす。季節の魚が遊泳。カウンター、座敷のテーブルも木製で凝ったもの。障子入口の小部屋が６室。昔の田舎家風。ガイシがむき出しで趣あり。料理は田舎料理。竹筒に入った手作り豆腐などもあり。魚は日本海。食後のコーヒー付で８００円。 |
益田市に宿泊しています。
ディナーの予約が取れなくてランチの予約が取れたので「田吾作」に来ました。
さすが居酒屋100名店らしい雰囲気があります。
下駄箱に履物を入れて地下に降りていきます。
地下に降りると魚を入れる水槽がたくさんあります。
個室に案内されました。
この日はお盆休みで田吾作定食1種類のみの提供になります。
カマスの唐揚げ、野菜の炊き合わせ、冷奴、ほうれん草のお浸し、おからです。
カマスの唐揚げは二度揚げしてるので頭からまる齧りできます。
野菜の炊き合わせを野菜を大きくカットしてるので食べ応えと食感がいいです。
デザートはスイカです。
今度は是非ディナータイムに訪問したい店でした。
