益田の夜ついに3軒目。
地魚を刺身から料理から堪能したいという願望が中々叶わず、とうとう3軒目。
どうもスーパーやネットなどで見かける益田らしさの有る地魚に出会えないのだ。
ここ居酒屋じゃなくて回転寿司屋だけど。
でも看板に、すし居酒屋って書いてあるから入ってみた。
表に、しまねの魚ののぼりも立ってるから入ってみた。
つまみとかも有るんですか？一応確認して。
確かに有るけどピンと来ないかなあ。
刺身盛りは地酒にも出来るけどというけど、種類が少ない。
今日だけかたまたまか？
とにかく地魚一色じゃないなあ。
まあ種類少ないなら握りにしよう。
お腹あまり空いてないけど。

来たのは姫さざえ。
それで、煮て冷蔵してたらしきの。
姫でも出来立て、いやせめて温かければなあ。

基本的に、回転寿司だけど回転してません。
注文したら、握りますか？と訊かれた。
つまり普通の寿司屋的に、つまみで刺身切ってもらう事も出来るのかな？
まあ握り。
どちらも地魚表示の有るメニュー。
スズキは1貫めはクセ無くて良い感じと思った。
それが2貫めはずいぶん脂が乗った印象だった。
〆鯖はかなりほとんどレア。
しつこくもなくクセも感じず、悪くないと思った。
