美味しい焼鳥やさん
山陰出張の夕食でこちらに伺いました。
当初の予定のお店がいっぱいで断わられ、見るお店は全て入れそうになかったので諦めかけてホテルに向かう途中に焼鳥の提灯を見つけ入ってみるとどうにか座ることが出来ました。
今回は、まず生ビールをオーダーし、待っている間にメニューを眺めます。
程なくしてビールと付き出し(コールスロー的な物)が届き、食べ物をオーダーします。
今回は、たたき、手羽先の唐揚げ、焼鳥から、レバー、砂ずり、地鶏ねぎまをオーダー。
たたきは値段の割にボリュームがあり、地鶏？の歯ごたえがいい感じ。柚子胡椒を付けて食べるとビールが進む味。
手羽先はあまり塩をかけていないタイプで塩を追加しいただきます。5本ありボリュームもたっぷりでした。
焼鳥はレバーが1番美味しいかった。白レバーは売り切れていて残念。砂ずりは普通。ねぎまは地鶏の食感がいい感じです。
途中ビールを追加し、美味しくいただきました。
次回は、焼鳥中心にオーダーをしてみたいと思います。

I visited here for dinner on a business trip to San'in. Since it was after 6pm, we entered the store smoothly and were seated at the counter. What I received this time: Liver x2, Seared local chicken, Pork belly, Local chicken negima chicken chicken dish x2, Beer Gassan Shichida The liver was soft and delicious with no odor. By the way, the white liver was sold out. The chicken tataki was served immediately and was a nice snack while waiting for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Overall, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is good. I ordered Japanese sake and Yawaraki water, but it was a bit disappointing that it was so slow. However, the customer service was pleasant and the food was delicious. Next time I would like to go earlier and try the white liver. It was a feast.
