・津和野町にある和菓子屋さんで、80年ほどの歴史があります。月一度自家製餡をつくる「あんの日」があるほか、季節限定商品もございます。 |
津和野城(三本松城)をトレッキング後、城下町にあった"三松堂"を訪問(^^)。
あんこが源氏物語の紫色と似ている源氏巻をパクりすると、ほどよい甘さと薄皮が相まって～い。その源氏巻を一口サイズにカットして、かわいい笑顔が書かれている笑小巻もパクりして、さを再度堪能～。
そして、"むしどら"、"ぶどうの大福"、期間限定の"栗餅"も購入～(^^)。
ふわふわのむしどらはふわふわで、ぶどうの大福は中のぶどうが甘酸っぱさが、栗餅は栗あんと餅のコラボが～い。

今回は、三松堂の三和菓子と、三本松城(津和野城)と三十間台の三つながりを堪能～(笑)。
