新山口からSLやまぐちで津和野へ〜
太皷谷稲成神社など観光して『美松食堂』さんでいなり寿司を購入し
『竹風軒』さんへ〜♪
こちらで源氏巻を購入。
まずはいなり寿司を食べながらスーパーおきで津和野から浜田へ！
しまね海洋館アクアスで白イルカを見てから、再び浜田駅に戻り、
バスで広島に向かう途中で竹風軒さんの源氏巻を頂きました〜♪
津和野名物の源氏巻はこしあんをカステラ状の生地で巻いたものなん
ですが、こしあんも生地も軽い感じで甘さ控えめだったと思います。
とても食べやすいお菓子でした。津和野には源氏巻を売っているお店
が何軒かあるみたいですが、それぞれ味が違うんでしょうね〜
（もう少し濃い味の源氏巻があれば食べてみたいなと思いました。）

以前津和野に行った際も購入したのですが、生地がしっとりな感じで
中の漉し餡との相性もぴったり。
前回食べた時と変わらぬ印象で美味しく頂きました〜♪

島根・津和野の太鼓谷稲成神社を参拝して津和野駅
の駅前のレンタサイクルで町を散策。
で、『山田竹風軒本店』にやってきました。
（12年ぶりの訪問になります。）
前回は津和野銘菓「源氏巻」を土産に購入しました
が、今回は「栗御門」を買って帰りました〜
◯栗御門 1100円
家で早速頂きましたっ。
甘露煮の栗とつぶあんをカステラではさんだお菓子
になりますが、大好きな栗もたっぷりと入っていて
美味しかったです♪
