津和野の通りの中にある酒造メーカー 初陣を作る古橋酒造株式会社です。
お酒がメインですが、津和野がベルリンと姉妹都市なのにちなんで
ベルリングッズも販売しています。
そこで発見したのが 地酒 初陣をつかったアイスクリームを発見！
早速たべてみました。
成分をみると 乳製品、グラニュー糖などの次にお酒、そして生クリームなどの順番でしたので
かなりお酒が入っている感じです。
見た目食感ともに、アイスクリームとシャーベットの中間といった感じ
なめらかなアイスクリームの風合いをもちながら、シャーベットのように溶けていきます。
そして風味は まさに お酒！ 未成年が食べられるのかは不明ですが かなりお酒の香りが強いです
今回は車でなく、ＳＬに乗っていったので遠慮無く食べました（笑）
でも酔ってしまうような感じでは全くなく、後味もよくてとっても美味しかった！ お店のページの通信販売では
残念ながらこのアイスクリームは販売してない模様です。
