津和野にある酒造です。
代表銘柄は初陣で季節のラベルがされたものや飲み比べセットなども販売されていました。
車で来ていないのなら試飲もできました。
純米大吟醸「初陣」
津和野産酒米「山田錦」100％使用。
他の初陣も同様に津和野で栽培した酒米を使用し（山田錦・佐香錦）、清流日本一の高津川の源流である超軟水の天然伏流水「天泉」を仕込み水に使用しているとのこと。
フルーティでかなり飲みやすい日本酒でした。
