人生初の隠岐の島です。
ランチと申しましても
島内 選択肢は それほど多くありません。
地元の方に連れられて
隠岐の島 最初の食事は
こちら 美すみさんに。
さっぱりと小綺麗な店内に
少々びっくり。
ご主人の趣味がよろしいのでしょう。
壁にベタベタと貼られるものも無し
店の隅にうず高く積まれるものも無し。
気持ちよく食事ができます。
メニューにあった＜かつ揚げ定食＞に
「カツを揚げるのか？」と
余計なツッコミグッとこらえて
私は魚フライ定食 ¥1000
競合・競争が無い（少ない）と
このような金額になりますね。
程なくして運ばれて来た魚フライは
アジでしょうか、その半身のフライが６枚
エビフライが一本。
その他が付いた ヘビーボリューム。
でも 油が良いようで（もちろん腕も）
サクっとふわっと、
でもってペロっと食べられました。
地元の方の話では
店主は超有名店での
ご経験があるようで
店内の小綺麗さ
揚げ具合 の良さ
なるほどネェ、でした。
