GW犬連れ旅行記。
徳川家康が晩年を過ごした駿府城跡の公園をわんこと見学した後に立寄りました。
14時47分に到着。
静岡を代表する和菓子の安倍川餅。
その名前はなんとなく聞いたことがあったものの食べるのは初めてです。
こちらは創業文化元年(1804年)で外観は歴史を感じる佇まい。趣があります。
本当は店内で頂きたかったが…時間がなかったのでお土産用の安倍川餅 2人前 18個入(1300円)を購入。賞味期限は翌日中。
今晩泊まるキャンプ場に到着し実食です。
安倍川餅はこし餡で包んだものと、きな粉と砂糖をまぶしたもの2種類。
つき立ての柔らかい餅に甘さ控えめのこし餡が絡みさっぱりとした口溶ける食感。
同様に柔らかい餅にたっぷりのきな粉と白砂糖をまぶし大豆の素朴な風味が口に広がる。
どちらも甲乙つけがたい美味しさです！
1つ1つが小振りなので幾つでも食べれます。
さすがは江戸時代から続く伝統ある味は確かなものでした。
次回は店内でわさび醤油で食べる「からみ餅」を味わいに再訪したい！！
