今日は静岡の『おまち（両替町界隈の飲み屋街）』へ。目指すは久々の「炙之介」さんは。どのくらい久々かと言うと約20年振りくらい。いろいろ炙って頂きましょう。
まずは焼肉サラダ。一見、サラダと言っていいのかよくわかりません。でもしっかり味付け肉もロメインと合わせるとサッパリ。やっぱサラダです。
続いて焼き牡蠣に牡蠣アヒージョ。アヒージョ大好きです。塩気ご効いたオイルをたっぷりパンに染み込ませ、牡蠣と一緒にオイル煮されたキノコと共に頂きましょう。
カツオは「三保松原焼き」と言うそうな。こちらは醤油漬けのニンニク&塩で。カツオはモチモチ、魚のくせに肉肉しさすら感じます。
そして「いぶりがっこの卵焼き」。中に細かく刻まれたいぶりがっこが隠れてます。卵の甘味に、いぶりがっこの薫り。ぽりぽりとした食感も面白い。これ、好きです。
全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気も良いし、頂いた料理もハズレなし。創作料理もたくさんあって、面白いお店でした。
