静岡駅南の飲み屋街にある居酒屋 『和夢（なごむ）』 さんにお邪魔しました。
静岡駅南側にも段々と飲食店が増えてきています。
ただ個人的見解ですがパッとしない店も多くあり、なんとなく盛り上がりに欠けていますよね。
セッシャー１のおかげで少し元気になってきているで今後盛り上がって欲しいエリアです。
そんな駅南側で常に混んでいて安定しているお店の一つがこの 和夢 さんです。
店内に入ると長いＬ字カウンターがあり奥にお座敷席がある造りになっています。
カウンター席に着くことが多いのですが目の前に食材が並んでいるのが見えるので安心できます。
メニューもお酒も豊富です。スタッフの対応も元気があっていいと思います。
今回は寒い夜にお邪魔したのですがお通しが熱々の茶碗蒸しでした。
まずは温まってもらおうというお店側の心遣いが伺えました。
メニューは定番系のものはもちろん、少し変わった創作系のものもあり、今回の変わりネタとしては
レンコンのグラタンをチョイスしてみました。
レンコンをグラタンにして大丈夫なのか？という疑問が離れませんでしたが食べてビックリ、めっちゃ美味い。
グラタンの中にスライスしたレンコンが入っているのですが、シャキシャキ感もありとってもいい感じでした。
定番系の料理もそつなく美味しいものを提供してくれます。
鷹匠の和イタリアン 『Ｚａｐｐａ』 さんと同系列のお店なのでいろんなアレンジが出来るのかもですね。
私自身も駅南側の住人なのでこちらのお店には益々頑張っていただき、駅南がより盛り上がることを期待します。
