期待外においしい！
個人的にホクホク柔らかい、蒸したうなぎより、カリカリ、香ばしいのが好きだったんだけど、ここはすべてをくつがえした！こんなにホクホク系が美味しいとは思ってなかった。
カリカリは残ってて、絶妙な焼き加減で外はカリッと中はほくぅー！って感じでした。
珍しく、中骨もあった状態でしたが、問題なくカリッと美味しかったです。
タレが染み込んでて最高に美味しかったです！
甘辛が若干強めにしてはちょっとご飯が欲しかったです。
お吸い物、漬物は完璧でした。
