この日のランチはラーメンを食べたいなと言うことで食べログチェック。いくつか候補が出てきた中で、こちらのお蕎麦屋さんが気になったので伺いました。店内はほぼ満席で、片付けの間、ちょっとだけ待ちましたが、すぐにカウンターに案内されました。
他の方のレビューのとおり、多くの人がラーメンかカレー、もしくはその両方を注文しています(^^) こちらお蕎麦屋さんですよね？ でも献立表の最初にはラーメンがしっかり陣取っています。
ラーメンを注文すると3、4分で到着。いわゆる懐かしい中華そばですね。
まずはスープを、、、豚の清湯でしょうか。表面にはかすかに脂が浮いています。すごいスッキリ系かと思ったら意外とそうでもなかったです。麺は細ストレートで長め。自家製なのか蕎麦のように喉越しが良い麺ですね。チャーシューはパサパサ系でこれも懐かしい感じです。
ラーメンとしてすごく美味しいかっていったらそうではありませんが、みんなに愛される料理って意外とそういうものが多いですよね。ご馳走さまでした♪
