前々から気になっていたお店です。
新静岡セノバから北街道を少し東に行ったところにあります。
老舗の街中華のお店です。
日曜の昼って事もあり、大変混雑していました。
メニューは沢山あります。
ただ、気になったのが「肉そば」です。
どんなものなのか⁉️注文です。
待つことしばし、肉そばの登場です。
おおっ‼️今まで見たことのないラーメンです。
スライスされたキュウリが印象的。
この緑か美しい。
そして、厚切りの豚バラとタマネギ、ピーマンを炒めた焼き肉が乗っています。
そう、肉そばとはスタミナラーメンの様でした。
まずはスープ。
動物系スープベースの醤油味です。
焼き肉なのか、ほんのりとニンニクが効いています。
麺は細麺。歯切れが良い。
食べごたえがあります。
これは美味いぞ‼️
