静岡市葵区にある食堂、平日の１６時頃に訪問。
テーブル席に座り、このメニューを注文してみた。

◎ 具沢山で美味しいオリジナル焼きそば

店舗専用の駐車場はなく、店内はテーブル席が並ぶ昔ながらの雰囲気。
外観だけではなく、入店すると店内もなかなかの渋さがある食堂。
先客はいなかったが、閉店間際だからか駆け込みで３組が入店。
焼きそばが美味しい店、店内にそう書いてあるのが目に留まりＢＭしておいた此方。
５００円から食べれる焼きそばだが、具材に期待してミックスを注文。
平たい皿の中央に目玉焼きが盛られ少し不安に感じたが、その目玉焼きは私からしたら合格の焼き加減。
ややべちゃっとした仕上がりではあるが、複雑なソースの味わいの中から甘味が強めに感じられる。
麺は一般的な蒸し麺とは違う食感であり、このソースをしっかり吸っている状態。
キャベツや豚肉も多いが烏賊ゲソもたっぷり入り、これはなかなか満足度が高い焼きそば。
店主のオッチャンがユニークとの口コミが多いが、私にはごく普通の対応だった。
